I am free spirit, philosopher and explorer. I have a deep love for freedom, wisdom and truth. I've been always fascinated by human consciousness and it's hidden potential. I studied philosophy and obtained Master Degree from University of Silesia, Poland, in 2005. However the academic knowledge wasn’t enough for me, it didn’t geve me the answer I was searching for. It just created more questions. After my graduation I've decided to continue my exploration in a real life. My curiosity brought me to India where I studied Eastern philosophies and practiced yoga and meditation for several years. I lived in yoga ashrams, meditation centers, Buddhists communities in Europe and Asia, drawn by their mystical energy, my hunger for spiritual wisdom and inner freedom. I learned different meditation techniques and other practices that allowed me to dive deeper in to a human existence and it's meaning. I still explore this eternal mystery called life, being born and dying in every moment... But what I understood so far through my personal experience is not the outer that matters, not what we achieve externally, how much we have...but it's the inner transformation that takes place throughout the life, the freedom, spaciousness and inner lightness that is there no matter what and love and compassion for all beings, the rest is just floating dream with no perfection. The path is the goal...

I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009: private lessons, workshops, community classes. Last few years I've spent in Indian Himalayas where I founded and managed a Yoga and Meditation Center - Chinar Paradise. I've been also organizing yoga journey and retreats as Temple of The Nature.

My teaching skills are based on Hatha Yoga with meditative approach - Satyananda/Bihar Schol of Yoga. I studied with this traditional system for about 10 years and had been initiated into Jignasu Sannyasa and received spiritual name SaumyaTirtha (Eternal Peace) in 2012. After that I continue my exploration of modern styles of yoga like Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa and have recently achieved 500 hrs teaching accreditation by Yoga Alliance. At present I teach Clasical Hatha and Hatha Flow, Satyananda Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. In my classes I share what I've learned and experienced, what works for me and feels true in my heart. I focus on deepening awareness of ones body, mind, emotions and more subtle aspects. I teach shatkarmas (yogic cleansing techniques), pranayama, relaxation, meditation, asanas safety with attention on alignment accessible for any kind of body. I structure classes towards individual needs and physical abilities. I see Meditation and Self inquiry as the highes and most direct practice that enable us to explore inner world and know who we are. The rest is preparation. I try to make my students understand why and what they do and encourage them to ask deeper questions and investigate into the nature of who they are. For me that’s what yoga is about.

I also invite people to explore and express their creativity through Intuitive painting and the art of mandala. I also love dance. Dance and painting are my true passions...

I drow inspiration from Nature. Nature has always been my Greatest teacher. Since I was a child I've had this deep connection with plants, animals and elements. To a certain level I could understand their language, feel their energy, translate their vibration in to words. I listen to their guidance and wisdom, receive answers from the ocean, plants, from the inside... Nature is my Guru. I also try to learn from every experience and every being I encounter in my life and spiritual masters like Adyashanti, Ekhart Tolle, Mooji and DalaiLama and I humbly bow to them.

If you like to know more about my qualifications keep scrolling down (haha). Personaly I don't give it much importance. For me the most valuable is living wisdom, kindness, lightness and strength you gain living the life. I deeply believe that only through personal experience one can get deep understanding of human nature. Studing and reading is good, but words can only point you somwhere, show direction, but can't set you free. Personally I need to dive into unknown and find the answer within. Tune to the wisdom of nature and folow the silence guidance of my heart, fall houndred times, taste the dark soil under my feet, dance with the pain just to find out myself one day siting in the lap of grace and holding the key to freedom.

"I flow in my veins... I shine through my eyes... I'm silent wisdom... I am... I am life... I'm sparkle in the dark... a luminous touch... I whisper with the heaven... I dance with the stars... I am... I am light... In this ephemeral dust..."
