Who are we? We are voices of nature walking the path of heart, truth and freedom, learning through mistakes and insights, living in the moment.Ved - our host, natural yogi, a Dharamsala local, expert mountaineer, connoisseur of Himalayan wilderness, and above all a kind and patient human being. Saumya Tirtha- yogini ( Satyananda Yoga, Bihar Yoga), philosopher, artist (Saumyatirtha Art). Sharing her yogic experience in India, Ireland and Poland. "In our classes we move beyond the idea of yoga as a series of physical exercises and stretches. We focus on developing deep awareness - emotional, mental, energetical. We try to understand primordial forces governing our bodies and the universe - a dynamic balance of yin and yang. We aim to find that balance in the practice and in our lives. Deep awareness, we develope through yoga makes us more sensitive to the wisdom of nature. We learn to listen, surrender and flow with the natural cycles, leaving our personal needs, preferences and ambitions behind. From that real Peace and Happines arise."
Please keep in mind that Chinar is located in pure, untouched Himalayan nature. The crystal clear water we drink flows directly from the snow-capped peaks of high mountains.Chinar is also a home for friendly, wild animals. We ask you to respect all treasures of this land by using only natural and organic toiletries and minimalizing the waste production.
